So today we started thinking about our first text – ‘Beowulf’ and we discussed what makes an epic story. We even created our own epic story in the oral tradition of story telling – there were monsters, zombies and three different types of heroes!

We considered a few words which connect to the epic story and explored how they might be important. See the link below for a reminder of these words.
